SINGAPORE, SEP 2, 2021 – EuroSports Technologies Pte. Ltd. (“EST”) announced the promotion of Goh Yi Shun, Joshua (“Joshua”) as Deputy Chief Executive Officer and Director with effect from September 1, 2021. The appointment is aligned with the company’s long-term succession planning strategy and will serve to bring about new interpretations in dynamic leadership excellence.

Joshua will assist Andy Goh, the interim Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of EuroSports Global Limited (“ESG”) and continue to receive guidance under the mentorship of Melvin Goh, the Founder of Scorpio Electric. Together with the management team, Joshua will be responsible for the overall management, strategy planning and general administration of the EST business. Since Joshua joined ESG in 2017, he has undertaken a variety of roles from strategic planning, business development and general operations. Having been with EST since 2020 as an executive of the CEO office, Joshua is an experienced leader with a variety of experience in automotive, capital markets, corporate finance and restructuring. He has been instrumental in fueling the company’s growth and development.

In the past year, Joshua and the team has achieved significant milestones for the company including the development of the Scorpio Electric brand, the completion of its first prototype of Scorpio X, a highly successful round of fundraising amounting to US$6.3 million, and the conception of a new B2B project currently in its incubation phase.
